James Aughterson
James is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Adviser and holds a Law degree (LLB). He worked for a “Big 4” accountancy firm and at a leading City tax specialist before founding Aughtersons in 2005.
James provides tax planning across a range of businesses from start-ups through to international listed companies. He is also a transaction expert who acts as lead adviser for clients on mergers and acquisitions.
